SickI was sick today but decided to ride any and just burn that virus up! It seemed to work well. I was exhausted when I got home, but I got a fever that lasted a few hours and poof the worst of it was gone. However the cold lingered for another two weeks in which I didn't ride, but maybe I should have. I just thought I didn't have the energy to ride because I needed it for other things. |
