MISC heated rug (4jo?) white carpet (4jo?) toaster oven

Carpet about 4-6 jo in size. 1000 yen. Good condition. Clean. Main colors are red, cream, greysj and black (navy blue?). Nice cover for Tatami.

Hibachi and Camp Bar-b-q Grill Free. Both need new screens but otherwise functional.

Gas table (the Japanese kind) with two burners and a glass top. It is black. Our new house has one built in so we no longer need it. We paid over 40,000 yen for it. Lots of nice features like temperature sensor and selection for deep frying, It has only been used for 4 years and it is in very good condition. 5000 yen.

Bed Sturdy, black, steel (may come with thin mattress but I have to check with my wife on this). My daughter has just entered high school and is still using it. It stands about 1 meter off the ground so there is lots of room for storing stuff under it. (5000 yen).

Child's desk Wooden. Has no chair. Natural wood surface. Good condition except there is some writing on the surface. (5000 yen)

Large Electric Oven/Microwave Microwave part works fine. Oven still works but seems to have a problem heating over a certain temperature. FREE!!! Will hold a small turkey.

book shelves Various sizes, prices and colors. Ranging from free to 2000 yen.

Air Conditioner 100,000 yen. (We paid 200,000 less than 3 years ago). Cools a large space (15-20 jo, or 25-35 square meters). Self cleaning. Lots of cool features. We will have it taken out, you will have to arrange for someone to do the installation (can usually be done for between 10,000 and 20,000 yen. Cabling is extra long because our living room floor is about 1 meter above the ground and ceilings are high but it can be cut shorter of course if you don't need all that hose.

Magazines Free, mostly 2005-2007 including Computer, Home Video Production, Sierra Club and others.

Green Sheet-metal Shed (about 160cm. high and 100cm wide) free (old and doors have some damage, but it works for keeping things dry).

The following two things I don't know how to price, but I'm currently researching it. Make an offer.

two 3.5-3.8 meter steel H beams about 400 kgs. each. I'm thinking with the current price of steel I could hopefully get a good price for them or at least get somebody to take them away for free.

Concrete Roman pillar lawn ornaments ("obuzhay" in Japanese). Instant Pompei in your backyard! One is probably 50 kg. or so (short stump). The big one which stands about 140 cm. above the ground (with 30 cm. below the ground) weighs about 100 kg. There are numerous shards so you can create your own roman ruins in your lawn, without all the fuss of having an empire.
