20050521Participants: Wade, Chad, Brian This should be a standard loop. This goes up to the falls, turn left at the tunnel and go up around the dam. One of the worst uphills I know. Apparently the reverse from Ikeda is worse, I have yet to do it, but I'm looking to give it a try. We managed to get in between the raindrops. Heavy overcast and the occasional sprinkle. Wade ended at the Ikeda pool for swimming. Chad and Brian went on for donuts at the original first location of Misu Do? in Japan. It only took us 20 minutes to get waited on...ouch. Donuts are NOT fast food here and arguably neither "fast" nor "food". Quotes: "Where have you been? We've been waiting since 4:30" (the ride actually started at 7:00 a.m.) |
